This business is proudly owned and operated by Jeremy LaCoe, a lifelong mechanic whose passion for fixing things started long before 1st Class Automotive opened its doors. Jeremy is a third generation mechanic with over 30 years of hands-on experience, having spent his entire life around vehicles, engines, and machinery.

Jeremy's background is anything but ordinary. He is a combat veteran who retired from military service with the distinguished rank of Sergeant First Class. During his time in the military, he served as a helicopter mechanic, a role that demands exceptional precision, discipline, and technical expertise. In addition to aviation maintenance, Jeremy also brings valuable experience in industrial mechanics, a skillset that translates directly into diagnosing and solving complex automotive problems.

That military-level attention to detail, combined with decades of real-world mechanical experience, shapes everything we do. Whether it's routine maintenance or a difficult repair, every vehicle is treated with the same care, accuravy, and respect.

When Jeremy isn't in the shop, you'll often find him in the garage building and racing sprint cars, a passion that perfectly reflects his love for performance, engineering, and hands-on craftsmanship. Behind the scenes, he is suporrted every step of the way by his family, especially his wife, Robin.
